1. General Terms By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on this page.

Product Sales - All products sold are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE due to their sensitive nature. - Once a product has been removed from our store premises, it cannot be resold as new. - Machines, once sold and warranty activated, cannot be returned or resold as new. - Please verify all product specifications, compatibility, and intended use before purchasing.
3. No Refund Policy - We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for any products or machines after purchase. - This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, hygiene standards, and compliance with safety regulations. - In case of a manufacturer defect covered under warranty, repairs or replacements will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms (see Section 4).
4. Warranty - Certain machines may include a manufacturer’s warranty. - Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase once activated. - Warranty services (repair or replacement) are provided according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and require proof of purchase. - Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or modification is not covered.
5. Shipping Policy - All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received. - Products are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. - Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. - We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. - Shipping costs are non-refundable. - Sales tax will be calculated based on the shipping address provided at checkout.
6. Damaged or Defective Items - All items are inspected before shipping. - If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. - Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.
